• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, systems, or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities

5. Data Ownership and Usage

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the system
• You grant us the right to store, process, and analyse your data to provide the service

The Reportify platform, including all content, features, software, branding, and functionality, is owned by Reportify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Powered Analytics

• AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Users should apply professional judgment when acting on AI-generated recommendations
• AI processing is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Service Availability

• We strive to provide continuous service availability
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Planned maintenance notifications will be provided where reasonably possible

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
